The Planning/Training Divisions employ skilled personnel dedicated to analysing and recommending both long-term strategies as well as fast and effective solutions for client's short-term requirements. Companies within this division effectively “plan the work” required to achieve these solutions. There are three separate divisions:


Specialises in assessing consumer & retailer needs and the preparation of strategic business & marketing plans for the formation of new companies and the launching/re-launching of products into both the retail and industrial markets. Services are provided on a project fee basis, or pre-agreed monthly retainers based on an estimate of the total number of hours budgeted for a project.

Specialises in the preparation of strategic plans to either create, market or promote tourist attractions and/or corporate events. Services are provided on a project fee basis, or pre-agreed monthly retainers based on an estimate of the total number of hours budgeted for a project.

Specialises in the provision of training courses for management, at all levels, in order to facilitate an understanding of the fully co-ordinated economic, business, marketing, sales and distribution solutions required in the formation of companies, products, and the marketing thereof. Courses are designed to fit the needs of management, and range from introductory techniques and processes of management training courses, to high level economic impact and corporate strategy assessments. Fees are levied either on an hourly basis, or on the number of attendees on a course.
